GHRH analogue

Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is a synthetically produced peptide of 44 amino acids. It is a stabilised analogue of human growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) in which the natural sequence has been altered by an additional modification at the N-terminus. This structural adaptation makes Tesamorelin a subject of investigation in its own right and distinguishes it from the native GHRH sequence. In peptide research it is an established representative of the GHRH analogues.
